"LIGHT MY FIRE" VALENTINE'S DAY

Time to enjoy the romantic setting of i-FAME and taste the excellent dishes created by Chef Daniele Succi.Valid every weekend in February 2024 and on Valentine's Day.

SEAFOOD MENU

Entrée

Concave Special steamed oyster with green celery and lemon

Appetizers

Red shrimp marinated in "Millenarie" plum vinegar

Charred lemon, crispy vegetables and cress

Roasted scallops with Jerusalem artichokes, curly escarole

peated whiskey and cocoa beans

First Course

Mezzemaniche "Pietro Massi" sautéed with wild mugnuli

smoked mackerel, crispy bread crumbs and mullet roe

Second Course

Cuttlefish wrapped in cheek lard and stuffed with potatoes,

olivelle with truffled savoy cabbage, fried rossetti and squid ink garum

Dark chocolate cremoso, lemon verbena kombucha ,

passion fruit, mango and raspberry sorbet

Veal with aromatic herbs

Roasted artichoke and radishes in apple vinegar

Citrus-flavored cockerel with raisin wild herbs,

pine nuts, rye bread miso soup and wild herbs

Pumpkin gnocchi sautéed in rabbit ragout , small vegetables

king trumpet mushrooms and sunflower seeds

Second Course

Roasted beef tenderloin , spinach

truffle, foie gras and sangiovese reduction

Dessert

Dark chocolate cremoso, lemon verbena kombucha ,

passion fruit, mango and raspberry sorbet
